Srushti deshmukh who is in her third year of engineering is already beginning to prepare for UPSC. As she was finishing her last year of engineering, Srushti Deshmukh was unsure if she could enjoy working in engineering. Then, she realized that her dream was civil services and started to focus on it. Her parents urged her to focus on civils, and find an employment that would benefit the general people. She focused her energy on becoming an IAS officer. In order for UPSC to be a reality it is more work required. She used to study the engineering subjects and then prepare for UPSC while also studying different disciplines. Each day she allocated the time to study for exams. In less than a month and half the time, she was preparing for her exam in engineering as well as completely avoiding social media. Her belief is that focus and concentration are essential to pass the test to become a government official. She wanted to pass this exam in the first try and put in a lot of hard work. Her daily routine included reading newspapers in order to be informed of all the latest information. Also, she got lots of support online by collecting study materials and viewing Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh released her publication titled The Answer Writing Handbook. It is at all libraries of the states of India. It's a good book for IAS hopefuls who prepare rigorously for this exam. A husband and wife regularly update their Facebook profiles with information regarding the woman and her duties.
