Sutton Foster has won Tony Awards for her roles as a character in Anything Goes & Thoroughly Modern Millie. The first time she appeared on the television screen in Star Search at age 15 as well as has appeared on Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU and Royal Pains. Solo artist Sutton has performed across the country. Sutton has performed across the United States in addition to internationally together with the musical direction of Michael Rafter... performing songs from her debut solo CD "Wish" along with her follow up CD "An Evening With Sutton Foster: Live at the Cafe Carlyle." She has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub among others. Sutton Foster was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Ball State University in 2011. She is also part of the faculty at Ball State University as a dance teacher and adviser. Since March of 2015 the brand new TVLand show "Younger" created by Darren Star designed by Darren Star is a hit.
