The couple divorced when Courtney was seven years old and she stayed with both parents through different age levels. Jennifer is her older sister is an advertising professional. The school she attended was Menlo-Atherton High located in Atherton California and was graduated from Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley California in the year 1985. She was part of the Ensemble Theater Company while she was attending highschool.
